COVID-19 Customer Update
Due to the growing concerns with COVID-19, many of our customers are reaching out to us wanting to know how this pandemic may impact them. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our team members, vendors, and customers.
As concerns with COVID-19 continue to evolve, several states, as well as individual cities and counties, have enacted their own STAY AT HOME ORDERS. Under these directives, all non-essential business and operations must cease in a concerted effort to gain control over the virus and allow for the enhancement of our infrastructure to deal with it.
The timelines being set to Stay At Home vary by area. In a continued effort to do our part, we either have stopped production or have greatly curtailed production at several of our manufacturing facilities throughout the country until April 7th. As you may already be aware many of our office personnel have been working remotely in an effort to limit travel and adhere to the special recommendations dictated by the CDC and the Office of Homeland Security.
This may impact your orders depending on which of our plants is producing your products. You will be contacted by your account representative who can address your order specifics. As we have emphasized, it is our goal to keep our employees safe and to do our civic duty to help prevent the spread of this virus. We feel it’s our duty to comply with these directives in that effort.
We appreciate your business and once again ask for your understanding during these trying times. We will continue to monitor updates from local and national health organizations to ensure we are taking action as necessary to bring this pandemic to an end.
