Nearly two years ago, Texas Roadhouse decided to open a new concept restaurant, Bubba’s 33, in Fayetteville, NC. Within the first year the pizza, burger and beer joint exceeded expectations, convincing executives at Texas Roadhouse to expand the concept and open three more locations. Soon customers in Fishers and Greenwood, Indiana, as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico, were exposed to Bubba’s delicious hand-tossed pizza, freshly ground burgers, and chilly 33-degree beer. Scrumptious food, wall-to-wall flat screen TVs, and Texas Roadhouse’s dedication to superior customer service have helped this new restaurant chain become a success. “Bubba’s 33 is doing very well,” Texas Roadhouse CEO Kent Taylor said in an online Restaurant News article that was released in February of this year. “And so we’re going to step it up a little bit. Why not?” By the end of 2015, seven Bubba’s 33 locations will be up and running and ten more locations are planned for 2016.
