Welcome Jeff Miccichi!

Adeola Aluko, Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Miccichi to the position of Operations Manager for the Delaware Operation. In this position, Jeff will report directly to her and have overall responsibility for the Delaware Operation.

Jeff comes to us with over 24 years of manufacturing experience in various leadership roles, including Operational Excellence, Supply Chain leader, and cultural HR champion. In addition, Jeff has also been a business leader in multiple industries – Engineered to order CNC processes, Commercial building products, Plastic Industry, and Road Marking Industry.

Jeff is a Bowling Green State University graduate with a B.S in Business Administration and majors in Supply Chain and Operations Management.

Jeff has been married to his wife, Mary, for 40 years. They have three children, a daughter and two sons. Jeff also has four grandchildren. Jeff and his wife are relocating to the Delaware, OH area from Youngstown, OH. He enjoys golfing and OH state football (Go Buckeyes!).
