Welcome, New Operations Manager in Racine!

Daniel Schultz, General Manager is pleased to announce the addition of Lee Siragusa to the position of Operations Manager for the Racine Operation. In this position, Lee will report directly to me and have overall responsibility for Manufacturing Operations in Racine.

Lee comes to us with over 23 years of manufacturing experience in various leadership roles including Finishing Manager, Plant Manager, and Value Stream Manager of Manufacturing Services. As Lee was excelling in these previous roles, he attained his Green Belt in Lean Manufacturing while managing and coaching a continuous improvement environment with safety and quality as top priorities.

Lee has been married to his wife Mary for 33 years. They have 2 children, Alexander and Samantha and 1 granddaughter Giana. Lee enjoys the outdoors, fishing, motorcycling and his newest hobby of flying drones. Lee can often be found doing woodworking projects and BBQ Smoking some delectable meats for his family.
