Congratulations to our new Warranty Manager!

Christopher E. Tuohy, Director of Manufacturing Operations, is extremely pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Stanton to the position of Warranty Manager. In this position, Amanda will report directly to me and have overall responsibility of the Warranty Department.

Amanda has been with Federal Heath since 2011 where she started as a project Coordinator before then being promoted to Account Manager in 2014. In 2018 she was then promoted to AMS Team Lead over the Shell account. Amanda’s proven results as an Account Manager and product knowledge make her the ideal choice for this position. She has first-hand experience with how warranty affects both our internal and external customers. Amanda also possesses the experience and skills needed to ensure our customers are taken care of in a timely manner, as well as help lead our organization towards positive change that will reduce our warranty to a World-Class Level.
