Targeting Communications and Engagement with Digital Signage
The fifth-most populous county in the U.S. is the County of San Diego. Its Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) delivers an extensive range of essential services to clients in veterans affairs, mental health, children’s services, aging and independent services, family resources, county health, skilled nursing, and more.
With dozens of far-flung facilities in its network, the HHSA faced tremendous challenges in communicating effectively with its staff and clients in consistent, efficient, and engaging ways. Federal Heath’s networked digital signage system has introduced a comprehensive communication tool that is both powerful and exceedingly simple to use.
