Jacksonville, TX Operations Manager Annoucement

Christopher Tuohy, Director of Manufacturing Operations for Federal Heath, is pleased to announce the addition of Ken Webber as Operations Manager for our Jacksonville operations. In this position, Ken will report directly to Chris and have overall responsibility of the Jacksonville Operation.

Ken comes to us with over 24 years of manufacturing experience in various leadership roles including Quality Superintendent, Plant Manager, Chief Technical Officer, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations.  In addition to this, Ken has also been an independent consultant for the past 5 years assisting companies with process improvement, product development, and sourcing. 

Ken will spend his first month with Federal Heath training within the different functions and plant departments to get a good understanding of the different processes and overall current state of the operation.  Then Ken will transition to taking full command of the Jacksonville facility, including assuming the SLM responsibilities.

Ken has been married to his wife, Dana, for 25 years.  They have 3 sons, two of whom are twins, Justin (oldest), Mason and Morgan. Ken also has 5 grandchildren (6 in May/June of 19). Ken and his wife are relocating to Flint, TX from Graford, TX/Possum Kingdom.  He enjoys writing and playing music on a variety of instruments, upscale cooking and entertaining, fishing and boating.
