Federal Heath’s newest addition to the sales team, Michael S. Seserko, graduated from Penn State University in 1988 with a BA degree and a passion for the sign business.
That passion took root in high school when he worked for his uncle. He continued to work in the industry off and on through college. His training in manufacturing box signs, channel letters, and awnings, gives him valuable skills in helping clients understand what makes signs tick. His work on an 85-foot crane gave him a firsthand look at the service and installation side, as well. Needless to say, when he counsels a client, he knows what he’s talking about.
Michael opened his own sign company after college, growing quickly through referrals to develop into a national provider serving many recognized brands. Upon selling his company, he served briefly at another sign company before joining us at Federal Heath.
Michael is married to his wife of 25 years, Melissa, and children Steven, Melinda, and Alec. His hyper-focused, type-A personality may lead him to 60-70 hour workweeks, but he brings that same focus to downtime, making family a priority with movies or outings together. He and his family reside in Doylestown, PA, where they dedicate time to help families at the local food pantry, and also volunteer at a soup kitchen in Camden, NJ during the holidays.
At work, Michael is driven by serving the needs of his clients. He does this by getting to know their struggles and offering a solution that’s both expeditious and cost-conscious.
We’re delighted to have Michael join our team, and know that many clients will discover what a great resource he is for their visual communication needs.
